We carry baby, toddler, little kids, and big kids sizes.
Each product page includes a size guide or notes about how the shoe fits.
If you’re unsure between two sizes, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you choose based on similar styles.
2. How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

4. Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return most unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be clean, unused, and returned with their original packaging.

6. Do you offer prepaid return labels?
Not at the moment.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
7. What if my order arrives damaged?

11. What if tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package?
Sometimes packages are delivered to a parcel locker, mailroom, or a nearby safe location.
Check with neighbors or building staff first.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
