Shipping Policy

We try to keep our shipping process simple so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from NC Shoes. Everything ships from our store in Tampa, and most orders move out pretty quickly.


Processing Time

We prepare orders during our normal business hours.
Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
If something needs a little extra time—such as size checking or restocking—we’ll handle it as soon as possible.

You’ll get an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use common U.S. carriers for all shipments. We choose the carrier based on the destination and package size, so delivery stays smooth.

Once a package is shipped, most customers receive their order in:

3–5 business days (Standard Delivery, USA)

Weather, holidays, or carrier delays can affect timing, so delivery dates are not guaranteed. Tracking will always be provided so you can follow your package.


Shipping Cost

We currently offer:

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
There’s no minimum purchase required.


Address Accuracy

Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Small mistakes—like missing apartment numbers or incorrect ZIP codes—can delay delivery.

If we notice something that doesn’t look right, we may reach out for clarification, but we rely on the address you provide.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package comes back to us because the address couldn’t be delivered, we’ll contact you as soon as it arrives at the store.

In these cases, you can choose:

  • Reship the package to a corrected address (additional postage may apply), or
  • Cancel the order for a refund of the item cost (shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable)

We’ll follow whatever option you prefer once we hear back from you.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as you can.
To help us review the issue, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the box and shipping label

This information helps us file a claim with the carrier and figure out the next step.
Please keep the item and packaging until the review is complete.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking hasn’t updated for several days or shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact us and we’ll look into it together.
We rely on carrier tracking to investigate, and we’ll guide you through the next steps based on what the carrier reports.
