Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with NC Shoes. If something isn’t right with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The details below explain how our process works so everything stays simple on both sides.


Eligibility for Returns

You can return most unworn items within 30 days as long as they are in the same condition you received them. This means:

  • Shoes must be clean and unused
  • No signs of wear
  • All original packaging included

If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may not be able to accept the return.


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@nczshoes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • A short note about why you’re returning it

We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.


Return Shipping

We don’t offer prepaid return labels at this time.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re returning an item because of a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged item), let us know—these situations are handled separately.


Refunds

Once your return arrives at our store, we inspect the item.
If everything looks good, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider, but most customers see it within a few business days after approval.

Shipping fees, if paid, are not refundable.


Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, the quickest method is:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order for the pair you want

This prevents delays and ensures the correct size is in stock.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the box and shipping label

This helps us review the issue and decide the next step.
Do not throw away the packaging until we confirm.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items like socks and hair accessories cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
